I lost 3.4 pounds and am now down 22.2 pounds with about a thousand to go. But I'm feeling positive.
After WW, Gus and I went to Starbucks and then to the office for a few hours. Have been taking it easy since then.

Awesome weigh-in! And on Labor Day Weekend. I think I gained about four pounds in the last three days, I think. Time to get back in the swing.
