9/3 A fun bbq and a bad body

I had a good time at my friend's house. The food was good and the company better. Looking forward to the next time we get together.

I didn't stay long because I sprained my shoulder and neck again. It really, really hurts. And it's sure hard to have these big dogs on leashes. So I'm going to have to be careful.
