Gus and I walked for a mile today and I tell ya--it was cold. I thought the walking would warm me up but the wind was so bitter. Mr. Gus loved it. Of course, he has a winter coat that I would kill for. :)
Last night I published an article on Suicide prevention for children and adolescents. Hope you are able to read it. Later today I'll post one on loneliness.
