Today Jill would have been 49. Unbelievable. I wrote an article today about sisters. Can't believe I even said that boys have cooties. How unprofessional is that!
If you are happy and optimistic there's a good chance you have a sister
I love adventure, but sometimes my life is boring. Like all lives, I guess. So I invented characters whose lives are anything but boring. Check out my books at jerilyndufresne.com

12/11 Still in St. Louis
I'm at a fancy hotel and in a great training program, but I want to be home with my dog and cats (and my Wii). :)
After our sibling lunch on Sunday, I'm inviting any and all over to play Wii. I do need some competition, you guys. Jeff and Deb, if you come please bring your Wii remote(s). I have two.
Just posted another article. My channel manager just called me. The article tonight is something he suggested, and he called with another good idea. I'm going to write about Manny Pacquiao who just defeated Oscar De LaHoya. Why would I write about this? Because Josh suggested it. And he hasn't steered me wrong yet.
In the meantime I'm still on antibiotics, still coughing, but plan to be totally well by Saturday when I have a work Christmas party.

3/2 Brothers and sisters
After instant messaging with my sister-in-law Cindy today, I got to thinking about my brothers and sisters. I'd saved this quote from a while back and it seems to fit.
"To the outside world we all grow old. But not to brothers and sisters. We know each other as we always were. We know each other's hearts...we live outside the touch of time. Clara Ortega
I know it's a little schmaltzy, but it's heartfelt.
