Gus and I went to Starbuck's this morning and I worked there until 12:30 pm. It was a beautiful day to be outside and Gus behaved really well. Only greeted people when they wanted to be greeted. It was a good day.
This evening I'm going to the funeral home with my sisters for the wake of an old neighbor. Sad.

Ronnie used to come every day to let Marcia's dogs out when I was a young, stay at home mom. We rarely did more than wave and shout hello, but I will miss him walking up and down the sidewalk to see his sister...the neighborhood is sure changing.
At the funeral home, Marcia said you were taking care of her pup for her. And yes, things are sure changing.
