Yes, this is something I love about Wisconsin. Yesterday was cool, but not too cold. Snow is still on the ground, but there's a hint of spring. You can feel that it's lurking around the corner.
Then today--it's snowing. And it's not a wimpy little snow. It's real and it's heavy. I love, love, love snow. Especially when I can sit in my snug little warren and watch through the big windows.
But I must leave in a few hours. Brainstorm doesn't play until 7 PM, but I always like to watch the other matches, to support the other players.
Yay! It's snowing.

Well, it's sleeting here. It was a nice day when I left to go for a walk, sun was shining, no wind, very pleasant. I was about 3 miles from the house when the sky clouded up and the sleet started. Walking with that stuff peppering down on you isn't fun, particularly when you're underdressed for the event. Bah! You can have your snow...and my sleet, too, if you want it. I want spring!
Mom, do you think that we could still make it to see the snow??? keep it there for us! :-)
Hey--you stole my idea with the picture! Cheater! (it doesn't help that you cut the right side of it--you are busted anyway!)
It's still snowing here, Gin, but the streets are melting pretty quickly. The highway is okay, but the driveways are slick. I think it's supposed to snow all night.
Beata, there will most likely still be snow in Wisconsin and Illinois when you get here.
And yes, I stole the picture from you. And yes, I cut Phil out of it. Why wouldn't I? :)
I am gonna get you, you little butt! ;-)
Confirmed for the 18th, mom. We'll arrive at 5PM.
Love you!
